Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can request a modification or cancellation by contacting the team directly at contact@macollectioncapsule.fr. Please note that once the order has been processed or shipped, these changes are no longer possible.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

First, check your spam folder. If the email still doesn't appear, contact the team at contact@macollectioncapsule.fr to verify that your order has been registered correctly.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email (via Packlinkpro) containing a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

What is the return period for an item?

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Go to your customer account and click on the Refund button to start the procedure, then attach the return form included in your package.

When will I be reimbursed?

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return, directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
