Home delivery, delivery without signature. Delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 days. In case of the buyer's absence, they will receive a delivery notice to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office within a period indicated by the postal services.
Chronopost collection point:
Delivery to a relay point with tracking. Delivery time may vary between 4 and 6 days. The buyer is delivered to the relay point they chose during their order. Our logistics platform Packlinkpro sends a shipping confirmation email to the buyer's email address with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Once shipped, you will receive an email (via Packlinkpro) containing a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Go to your customer account and click on the Refund button to start the procedure, then attach the return form included in your package.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return, directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
